There are many types of front edge paper feeding units. According to their automation level, they can be divided into semi-automatic chain paper feeding and fully automatic front edge paper feeding. Fully automatic front edge paper feeding can be further divided into many types: the most common is ordinary front edge paper feeding, which uses the friction generated by the pressure between the paper feeding wheel and the paper feeding roller to drive the paper into the machine. This type of front edge paper feeding unit is favored by a large number of customers for its excellent paper feeding speed and affordable price. It is also the most common paper feeding type in the paper feeding unit of corrugated box printer. In addition to ordinary front edge paper feeding, the front edge paper feeding unit also includes vacuum adsorption front edge paper feeding: the feeding principle of this type of paper feeding unit is to use the adsorption force generated by the compressor to make the cardboard close to the paper feeding wheel, and then the paper feeding wheel drives the cardboard into the machine. Vacuum adsorption front edge paper feeding avoids the deformation of the cardboard caused by the extrusion between the paper feeding wheel and the paper feeding roller, so it causes less damage to the cardboard and can more completely retain the original mechanical strength of the cardboard. Although the cost is higher than ordinary front edge paper feeding, a considerable number of customers are still willing to choose vacuum adsorption front edge.
