1. The working principle of the front edge paper feeding of the corrugated box printing machine

There are many ways to feed paper on our machines, such as chain paper feeding, ordinary fully automatic front edge paper feeding and vacuum adsorption fully automatic front edge paper feeding. This machine adopts ordinary fully automatic front edge paper feeding, which has the characteristics of fast paper feeding speed, high paper feeding accuracy and high cost performance. While ensuring the front edge paper feeding speed, the cost is also controlled within a reasonable range.

2. Printing method and production process of corrugated box printing machine

The printing method of our machine is mainly water-based printing. Compared with color printing, water-based printing has high strength, low cost, high production efficiency (fast delivery), and the overall printing effect is close to color printing, which is suitable for product transportation packaging. The main production process of corrugated boxes includes automatic production line of corrugated cardboard, printing process, post-processing and forming process; but this machine only includes part of it: including the automated operation process of printing, slotting and die-cutting.

3. Water-based printing principle of corrugated box printing machine

Water-based printing belongs to additive printing. The color original is electronically separated into reverse images, and then printed by a printing press, transferring the ink from the anilox roller of the printing press to the printing plate, and then transferring the ink from the printing plate to the corrugated cardboard. Through color matching and color stacking, the positive image is obtained to achieve the duplication of the original sample box and reproduce the quality of the original.

Four primary color principle: red, yellow, blue, black (strictly speaking, three primary colors: red, yellow, blue)

Intermediate color: two primary colors added together: red + yellow = orange (orange red, orange yellow);

Red + blue = purple (cherry red, eggplant purple);

Blue + yellow = green (dark green, light green).
