Configuration1:Chain feeding printing slotting die cutting machine + semi automatic stitching/ gluing machine + semi automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration1 contains the most basic configuration,Best price but lowest production speed, at the same time ,every part of the production process needs manual operation.
Configuration2:Paper feeding machine + chain feeding printing slotting die cutting machine +semi auto stitching/gluing machine +semi automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration2 add a paper feeding machine in front of feeding table, better paper feeding speed and less manual paper feeding operation compared with solution1. But other parts still need manual operation.
Configuration3:Low / High speed automatic lead edge feeding cardboard box printer machine with slotting die cutting machine + semi auto stitching/gluing machine + semi auto PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration3 contains single cover low speed and double cover high speed lead edge feeding cardboard box printer machine, which uses automatic lead edge feeding ,can improve carton box production speed. But other parts still need manual operation.
Configuration4:
Single cover low speed automatic lead edge feeding cardboard box printer machine + automatic gluing/stitching machine or automatic gluing stitching machine + automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration4 is the first full automatic solution,which all machine are automatic machine. Automatic gluing/stitching and strapping machine make the subsequent carton processing speed improved. At the same time, the need for manual operation is reduced.
Configuration5:
Double cover high speed lead edge feeding printing slotting die cutting machine + automatic gluing/stitching machine or automatic gluing stitching machine + automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration5 uses high speed lead edge feeding,although other parts are the sane ,it still makes the overall working speed even faster than solution4.
Configuration6:
High speed lead edge feeding printing slotting die cutting machine in line with folder gluer + automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration6 is the first production line solution, all machine can work together in line, make overall production process almost labor free.
Configuration7:
High speed vacuum suction lead edge feeding printing slotting die cutting machine in line with folder gluer + automatic PP/PE belt strapping machine.
Configuration7 based on solution6 ,added a vacuum suction system.Vacuum suction makes solution7 the fastest working speed of all solutions, also the lowest damage to the cardboard.
