working principle:

Corrugated line is equipment used to manufacture corrugated cardboard or corrugated boxes. First, a large roll of base paper (mother roll) is used to feed the base paper into the production line through the equipment's paper supply system. Secondly, the base paper goes through a series of operations,such as heating, gluing, etc.,and then enters the corrugated forming part. The key here is the corrugating roller, which presses the raw paper into a series of corrugated shapes. After corrugation is formed, the corrugated board is passed through the glue spraying system and sprayed with adhesive. This allows the layers of corrugated cardboard to stick together. After the bonding is completed, the corrugated cardboard is passed through a drying device to quickly dry the finished cardboard.The dried cardboard is cut longitudinally and transversely by a cutting machine to form corrugated cardboard of the required size. Finally, workers will stack the cut corrugated cardboard and package it. This protects the quality of the cardboard and makes shipping and storage easier.
